Rivera excels again! With our development of a new Patent Pending 3 Channel Tri-Tone™ all tube circuit architecture, a player is given a range of incredible sounds. From shimmering and rich clean tones, to screaming high gain leads; impeccable note definition along with massive bottom end crunch tones can be reached. Three Preamp Channels, powered with (5) 12AX7's, all powered with DC Filaments, work to establish each channel with distinctive voicing and levels. Hammond Spring Reverb with dual reverb controls, allows adjustment of different reverb levels for lead and rhythm. MIDI addressable Boosts on each channel (internally adjustable for boost level and pre-set at the factory) are featured, as well as an Effects Loop Bypass switch, and Reverb On/Off. 8 MIDI addressable switch functions allow unparalleled performance access.
Lead/Crunch Channels include 3 bands of interactive passive tone controls. A Pull Scoop switch located on the middle control allows selection of "Plexi" vintage British EQ, or a modified modern amp range. With the combination of level controls as well as boosts, there are 4 easily accessible sounds for lead and crunch. For the Rhythm and Blues channel, 3 bands of equalization along with a Pull Bright Switch, a Midrange Pull Notch switch, and a Deep-Contour switch give a choice of British/Tweed or American Blackface tones. 6 MIDI footswitchable and distinct tones are easily accessible.

Fandango 55 2x12 Combo

The Fandango™ has a bigger voice of 2 Celestion G12T-75's, in a gorgeous and deep cabinet, a fabulous 5 12AX7 preamp section with a lead channel like the Knucklehead Reverb, coupled with a powerhouse of EL-34 Watts and Celestion speakers, housed in a lustful cabinet makes "Twin Killer" take on a new meaning. These amps are capable of handling practically any size gig. Like almost all Rivera amps (except for TBR and M/S Series) the Preamp Tubes are powered by a DC Filament power supply, lowering all AC filament caused hum to disappear. This costly feature will help to insure that in the case of need to service and change the 12AX7 tubes, a host of different tube manufacturers devices may be used without the fear of increased hum (many 12AX7s have filament designs that cause hum in AC filament powered tube guitar amps, like most Fender, Marshall, and Mesa-Boogie models).
Recalling the days of Roy Rodgers and his Palomino Horse "Trigger", our new Fandango™ 212 series comes in a color scheme that Trigger would be proud of. Leather grained and supple beige Tolex covers the outside of the cabinet shell, and a palomino cream Tolex® accents the front grille. The matching grill cloth is a tri-tone brown and ox-blood color. Front "Plexi" panel and matching knobs are in a black and white color combination. Also available are a host of custom colors; Ruby Red and blonde cloth, Vintage Green and British vintage tweed weave cloth, Cobalt Blue and silver-black grille cloth, Navy Blue with a silver-black grille, Pearl White with silver-black grille cloth, or Sedona® Brown with tri-tone Brown/Ox Blood grille cloth are available at a nominal extra charge of $250. With these custom colors comes choice of black or brown "Plexi" front panel and matching knobs.
